It impacts:

  • Quality in engineering: the Group respects the principle of robust design for robust developments
  • Quality in production/process, through controlling our processes and reinforcing our production system, to guarantee the quality of our products,
  • Quality in sales & services: the NTN-SNR commercial and quality entities work to obtain complete customer satisfaction. They are guided by customers' demands to propose the best service quality.
