NTN-SNR offers you 2 different linear guidance technologies: ball rail system and  roller guide system.



 

Ball rail system


 

NTN-SNR uses caged ball technology.

This results in:

  • Smooth and quiet operations,
  • Top speeds up to  8 m/s, and,
  • Long-term maintenance free.
     

Various guidance types are available, in order to adapt the load capacity to the application needs. It guarantees an optimal guidance precision:

 

 

Roller guide system

 

Available for any size of AXC and AXDL modules, the roller guide system is an economical and efficient solution.
   

It is composed of:

  • 4 to 6 eccentric rollers guaranteeing no functional clearance, hardened and ground steel shaft, mounted in aluminium profiles,
  • External lubrictaion ports allow for easy maintenance. 

This solution allows particularly high movment speeds.
