AXS system program
The best axis for any application.
The compact linear axes of the AXC series can be used universally as a single axis or in combination with other axes to form complex multi-axis systems.
Select your axis:

Telescopic axes
The telescopic axes are, in particular suited for use in the vertical and horizontal configurations in confined spaces, achieving speeds up to 10 m/s.
Technical specifications
1- Drive:
Telescope function in tandem with the drive of racks and timing belts.
2- Lubrication:
An optimal lubricant supply to the rack drive is assured by using a permanent lubrication system in combination with a felt gear.
3- Shock absorber:
Shock absorbers are used as standard for the mechanical end position limit.

Lifting axes
The lifting axes are predominantly used in the field of vertical handling and are able to move masses up to 1,000 kg due to the high dynamic load transmission capacity of the rack and pinion drive.
Technical specifications
1- Lubrication:
An optimal lubricant supply to the rack drive is assured by using a permanent lubrication system in combination with a felt gear.
2- Shock absorber:
Structural shock absorbers are used for the mechanical end position limit in a vertical installation position.

Portal axes
The portal axes are characterized by their high load capabilities and are availability in total lengths of up to 10 m. They are suitable for applications where long unsupported stroke lengths and stiffness are important for the drive components.
Technical specifications
1-Shock absorber:
Only hydraulic end stop shock absorbers are used for the mechanical end stop limit.
2- Guide system:
Maximum load assumption and refinement due to parallel arranged profile rail guides.
3- Lubrication:
An optimal lubricant supply to the rack drive is assured by using a permanent lubrication system in combination with a felt gear.
