New rally season 2026

The adventure continues! NTN is proud to renew its partnership with the all-female duo comprising Sarah Rumeau and Julie Amblardfor the 2026 season. A year that promises to be one of renewal and transformation, featuring: a new car, a new team and new objectives. A new chapter with great promise on the horizon.

What are the ambitions for 2026?

Following an eventful 2025 season, marked in particular by their first participation in the WRC2 championship, Julie and Sarah are focusing this year on the French Gravel and Tarmac Championship.

A new strategy with the aim of securing as many podium finishes as possible and building on their experience. The 2026 programme looks set to be a busy one, with over ten events scheduled throughout the season.

They have made an excellent start to the season with a first podium finish, a fine 3rd place at the “Terre de Castine” rally. An encouraging result that validates their choice and confirms the positive momentum the crew is building.

A new team, a new car… to go further

For this new season, the duo has joined 2C Compétition, a French team renowned on the international rally scene. With a wealth of experience in supporting top-level drivers, the team shares the same high standards of performance and sporting ambition as the pair.

On the technical side, they will be driving a Škoda Fabia Rally2, one of the benchmark cars in the category. Fast, reliable and particularly effective on all types of surfaces, this car is a major asset in their bid for the top spots.

This new environment, both technical and personal, represents a significant milestone in their journey. It will require a period of adjustment but also opens the door to new opportunities with a clear objective: to fight for the podium at every event.

NTN, a loyal and committed partner

In this pivotal year, NTN Europe’s support is more important than ever. As a partner of the team for several seasons now, NTN and its brand SNR are delighted to renew their support and continue this sporting adventure alongside two passionate athletes.

This continuity is important for Julie and Sarah, allowing them to take risks and challenge themselves whilst retaining a long-standing sponsor.

Beyond sponsorship, this partnership is based on shared values: commitment, perseverance, team spirit and the constant pursuit of performance. Values that resonate just as much on the rally stages as they do in NTN’s industrial activities.

The 2026 season promises to be full of ambition and promise: to grow, to win and to make the NTN and SNR brands shine on the rally stages.
