New headquarter NTN Europe Annecy

NTN Europe is taking a new step towards innovation and sustainable development with the construction of its future head office and European technical centre in Annecy. This emblematic project combines environmental performance, well-being at work (QWL) and urban integration. The new site will open its doors to NTN Europe employees at the end of the first half of 2026.

An emblematic project for NTN Europe

“This project meets our Group's requirements in terms of reception and working environment, while offering an exemplary design from an environmental point of view.”
Dominique Lavilla, Directeur Général de NTN Europe.

A sustainable building on the historic site in Annecy

NTN Europe's future head office is part of a sustanable approach. Built mainly of wood, this material was chosen for its environmental qualities and its thermal and acoustic insulation performance.

With the installation of 520 m² of photovoltaic panels, the building will be virtually self-sufficient in electricity. It will also significantly reduce energy consumption by 70% and cut CO₂ emissions by 380 tonnes a year.

The exterior will not be left out, with planted areas and the planting of 130 trees, providing a pleasant environment while improving air quality. Adapted infrastructures will also encourage soft mobility, demonstrating the company's commitment to sustainable practices.

A workspace designed for employee well-being

Well-being at work is also at the heart of this project.

Located on the company's historic site in Annecy, the new headquarters have been designed to meet the current and future needs of employees. This location, in the heart of Annecy city centre, is in line with the group's desire to remain a key player in the Annecy region and to retain its central location, which makes it easy to access by public transport and soft mobility.

It will accommodate up to 850 people in spaces designed to promote well-being and collaboration. The non-dedicated offices are integrated into a ‘neighbourhood’ organisation that encourages exchanges and co-activity.

Collaboration and relaxation areas, as well as a bright atrium, complete the facilities, creating a pleasant and functional working environment. Employees will also benefit from services such as a restaurant, cafeteria and concierge service, enhancing the quality of life at work.

This project symbolises the harmony between heritage, innovation and sustainable development. NTN Europe is reaffirming its commitment to the ecological transition, while modernising its working practices to build a more respectful, more fluid and more harmonious future, in reference to its raison d'être ‘Make the world Nameraka’.
