« I joined SNR as a "pocket money contract" in 2004 to finance my studies in "Service to people and service in rural areas". I wanted to continue working, so I signed a permanent contract as an assembly and rectification operator in 2006.
Thanks to a versatility in my sector, I was able to acquire further knowledge by becoming a Skilled Worker in 2013 and I then followed a certificate of joint Qualification in Metallurgy training course in 2015. Since the summer of 2022, I have become a "Set-up operator".
Curious by nature and motivated, my skills have been acquired over the years in the world of industry, which has enabled me to find my place in the production sector.
My advice? Don't be afraid to take on certain challenges. Anything can work. I didn't know anything about the industry until I got into it! »
