Inclusion & Disability
A strong commitment at NTN Europe
An established policy for company performance
Inclusion and diversity are at the heart of NTN Europe's CSR commitments. Among its five strategic pillars, the social pillar includes measures to promote professional equality, quality of life at work, training and the integration of people with disabilities.
NTN Europe : An established disability policy

NTN Europe considers differences to be a source of wealth for both individuals and the company, contributing to its performance and competitiveness.
In this context, the company fights against all forms of discrimination and implements a proactive policy for equal opportunities and the employment of people with disabilities.
NTN Europe is committed to an inclusive approach and will employ 8.5% disabled workers by 2024 (thus exceeding the legal obligation set at 6%), demonstrating a concrete commitment and constant progress.
This commitment is based on an ambitious disability agreement, NTN promotes
- the fight against discrimination in recruitment,
- job retention,
- the improvement of working conditions for all our employees.
Concrete actions to promote diversity at NTN Europe
NTN is committed to working on prevention, ergonomics and, more broadly, keeping our employees in employment. In this context, a structuring agreement on disability was renegotiated in 2024. NTN has built up an internal architecture that now makes it possible to adapt the workstations of the employees concerned. This is a joint effort involving the medical department, the ergonomics correspondents at our sites and , the disability advisor, who helps to compensate for the disability so that everyone can work in suitable conditions.
The fight against all forms of discrimination
By carrying out a number of training and awareness-raising initiatives:
- 75% of managers are trained to manage disability at work
- NTN has trained all its employees in order to deconstruct prejudices.
- Reception staff have been trained to welcome people with disabilities.
Integration and job retention
We ensure that our employees with disabilities have the resources and support they need to carry out their jobs in the best possible conditions, through workstation adjustments and measures to help employees reconcile work and health.

Internal awareness and communication campaigns
NTN organises various training courses, workshops and participative events to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion among our employees and to deconstruct prejudices about disability. This helps to create a respectful and inclusive working environment.
During the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), our teams organise various awareness-raising actions and events. Each year, a new communication format is devised and put in place to reach as many people as possible (forum theatre, virtual reality workshops, games, etc.).
Duos Days: creation of pairs, for one day, to share and help a trainee with a disability discover his or her job. 23 duos were formed for Duoday in 2024, a record for NTN, which sees more and more employees each year getting involved in this sharing event to enable people with disabilities to familiarise themselves with the ordinary environment.

Inclusion and diversity at the service of business performance

Inclusion and diversity are priorities in NTN Europe's overall CSR strategy, illustrated by the many actions taken in favour of disabled employees.
Thanks to the mobilisation of disability advisors, the social worker, health services, managers and employees, NTN Europe is promoting a more inclusive, more effective and more respectful working environment.
This commitment is part of the Group's 'Nameraka' philosophy, a continuous improvement approach designed to make the world a smoother, more harmonious place by respecting inclusion and diversity within its teams.
