Launch of the new ‘SNR Bearing Calculator’ calculation tool

NTN Europe is launching the SNR Bearing Calculator, a new calculation tool to optimise the use and improve the performance of SNR bearings. A simple and intuitive tool to meet technical needs and simplify users' lives.

An accurate calculation tool for SNR bearings

Inspired by the functions already available for NTN bearings, the SNR calculation tool improves bearing performance via 4 calculation modules:

• Bearing life and static safety factor,

• Residual clearance after fitting,

• Initial lubrication required,

• The frequency and quantity of re-lubrication, as well as the settings for the automatic single-point lubricator.

The tool provides clear and rapid results, thus improving efficiency in the use and mounting of SNR bearings. The tool is available free of charge online, in the e-shop and on the website.

A simple and intuitive calculation tool

The interface has been specially designed to offer an intuitive and simplified user experience. It's quick and efficient to get to grips with. The tool offers a simple, reliable alternative to traditional methods, in three-steps:

1. Select the bearing concerned,

2. Enter the type(s) of calculation required

3. Analyse the results

The results can then be exported in PDF format with a direct link to the product on the e-shop.
