Company Cup

On 5th July 2025, NTN Europe teams took part in the Company Cup in Annecy, France's largest inter-company multi-sport challenge. It was a day of sport and team building that brought together more than 2,400 employees from 55 companies on the shores of Lake Annecy. Our employees demonstrated remarkable commitment in more than 20 individual and team disciplines.

Participation that embodies our team spirit

NTN Europe teams rallied together in good spirits for activities such as running, grass volleyball, climbing, dragon boating and biathlon shooting. This 2025 edition was an opportunity to showcase the values we share every day, such as collaboration, pushing ourselves to excel and initiative.

This collective involvement resulted in a shower of medals, with a total of:

  • 3 gold medals (football, men's running and men's cycling)
  • 4 silver medals (basketball, Molkky, pétanque and mixed orienteering)
  • 4 bronze medals (volleyball, golf, mixed orienteering and men's cycling)

And to top it all off: two trophies for NTN - Stronger Together and Division 5 (company category).

Beyond the podium finishes, the sporting performances were marked above all by strong team spirit and infectious enthusiasm, in a resolutely #fullmotion spirit.

An event in line with our quality of working life commitment

The Company Cup is a highlight of our commitment to Quality of Life at Work. It promotes exchanges between sites, strengthens cross-functional links and offers everyone the opportunity to enjoy a unique collective experience.

Beyond the sports field, the day was also punctuated by convivial moments around the entertainment villages, the team lunch and the festive evening.

This event fully reflects our corporate culture by strengthening team cohesion, nurturing a sense of belonging and offering our employees an engaging and unifying experience.

Thank you to all who participated!

We warmly congratulate all the employees who took part in this 2025 edition, demonstrating an exemplary spirit of challenge and solidarity. Their commitment reflects the collective energy that drives NTN Europe every day.
