NTN Europe's new headquarters
Between innovation, eco-responsibility and quality of life at work
Move-in date: mid-2026
Mid-2026, NTN Europe will open the doors to its new European headquarters. This major project illustrates the Group's determination to combine performance, modernity, eco-responsibility and quality of life in the workplace. This is at the heart of a transformation process that is already underway, an investment that reflects the company's forward-looking strategy. This new-generation building reflects NTN Europe's commitment to strengthening its role as an innovative and responsible European industrial player, in tune with environmental issues and the aspirations of today's and tomorrow's employees.
An ecosystem to embody industrial excellence
NTN Europe's future head office has been designed as a real place to live, encouraging fluid exchanges, collaboration and productivity. It fully embodies the values of harmony and performance promoted by NTN through the Japanese Nameraka concept. It will help employees achieve a smoother, more efficient day-to-day working environment that is both pleasant and inspiring.
With a floor area of over 10,000 m², this building will accommodate up to 650 employees. It will house central services, operational teams and the Research & Development center, underlining the central role of innovation in NTN Europe's strategy.
This emblematic project marks a turning point in the Group's transformation. By choosing to remain at its historic site in the heart of Annecy (since 1916), NTN is asserting its determination to maintain its local roots while reinforcing its ambitions: to become a genuine European center of industrial excellence, committed to the future.
An eco-designed building, committed to the future
The building is aiming for BREEAM Very Good (overall environmental performance) and BBCA (Bâtiment Bas Carbone) environmental certifications.
The building meets strict, demanding standards in terms of eco-responsibility and energy performance:
- 520 m² of photovoltaic panels for almost complete energy autonomy for tertiary activities.
- Sustainable materials with a low carbon footprint: wood structure for excellent thermal insulation.
- Bioclimatic building with optimized heat flows.
- Intelligent management and recovery of rainwater.
- The shed roof maximizes natural light, reduces the need for artificial lighting and prevents overheating.
- 130 trees planted to promote biodiversity, improve air quality and create a soothing environment for everyday life.
- Bicycle parking (nearly 250 spaces) and charging stations for electric vehicles

Expected environmental performance :
70%

consumption
-380t

Towards new ways of working to improve performance

NTN is going one step further with this new head office, reinventing its working environments and offering its employees a new experience.
This project is a response to changes in the way people work and in society as a whole. Aligned with the principles of flex-office and well-being at work, the future headquarters aims to encourage the circulation of people, ideas and projects. Each space is designed to meet the multiple needs of employees: collaboration, creativity, concentration, skills development, etc.
- • Collaborative and flexible spaces
- • A central atrium and organization into neighborhoods
- • Places to meet and socialize: cafeterias, terraces, rooftops with views
- • Informal working environments: concentration bubbles, atrium, etc.
A building 50% dedicated to exchanges, conducive to creativity, comfort and concentration.

"This new headquarters embodies our desire to combine operational performance, well-being in the workplace and environmental responsibility. A unifying project for all our teams."
Christophe Ulrici, Vice President NTN Europe

"Our ambition is clear: to make this headquarters a place that inspires, brings people together and makes them want to come to work every day."
