Extremely versatile premium extreme pressure grease, designed for intensive applications in heavy industry.
- Very good oxidation stability, can be used continuously up to ~130°C
- Extreme pressure (EP) additives for excellent performance under heavy loads
- Good resistance to washout (limiting grease loss)
- Good wear protection (anti-wear additives)
- In the "+" version: wider range of use (up to +150°C)

HEAVY DUTY EP3
High-quality multi-purpose grease (NGLI 3), suitable for heavy loads and applications with vertical axes.
- Contains antioxidants — extends lubricant life -
- Corrosion inhibitors — good protection against corrosion
- Excellent water resistance / good performance in the presence of moisture (low washout)
- EP/AW additives — good performance under load
- NLGI 3 consistency (thicker) — better retention for vertical applications

VIB 400 et VIB
New generation high viscosity grease, designed for extreme conditions such as heavy shocks or vibrations.
- Excellent resistance to humid environments, limiting grease washout.
- Ability to maintain long-lasting lubrication in difficult conditions (loads, vibrations)
- Operating temperature range: from –20 °C to +140 °C
- Viscosity/consistency adapted to withstand mechanical stress without excessive dripping or loss of lubricating film.

HIGH TEMP MP
High-performance synthetic polyurea grease, ideal for long-lasting lubrication from -40°C to 180°C, even at high speeds.
- Wide temperature range: from -40°C to +180°C
- Excellent resistance to EP (extreme pressure) stresses
- Good mechanical stability/shear resistance
- Low evaporation — allows for longer relubrication intervals
- Compatible with high speeds

ULTRA HIGH TEMP
Versatile grease suitable for all types of applications subject to extreme temperatures (+260°C), compliant with food industry standards (NSF-H1 recommendations).
- Good resistance to aggressive agents (solvents, vapours, acids, etc.)
- Compatible with a wide variety of materials (plastics, seals, sealing components)
- Allows for longer lubrication intervals thanks to its stable properties at high temperatures
- Synthetic formula: low volatility, good heat behaviour, high thermochemical stability.
Available formats: 800g cartridge and 25kg bucket.
Applications: Textile drying machines, kiln cars, baking ovens, vacuum pumps.
FOOD et FOOD GR
High-performance biodegradable food-grade grease designed for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
- NSF H1 certified (occasional contact with food)
- Halal and Kosher certified
- Good adhesion + load resistance across the entire temperature range
- More environmentally friendly components, MOSH/MOAH-free
- Good performance even in humid or corrosive environments
- Easily pumpable / simple to use

LOW TEMP
High-end synthetic grease for very low temperatures (-60°C) and for spindle bearings operating at very high speeds.
- Good performance at high speeds (spindles, light motors, textile machinery)
- Viscosity suitable for low temperatures: the internal oil remains sufficiently fluid when cold
- Good compatibility with components (terminals, seals) in cold conditions, acceptable mechanical performance
- Reasonable operating range at positive temperatures (up to ~ +130°C)
Available formats: 400g, 1kg or 15kg
Applications: textile machine spindles, fans, pumps, small electric motors in medical equipment.
CHAIN OIL
Synthetic oil designed for the lubrication of all types of chains, including those operating in high-temperature and harsh environments.
- Excellent high-temperature performance: stable up to approx. 250°C.
- Very good adhesion: reduces splashing and oil consumption.
- High lubricating power: limits chain wear and noise.
- Corrosion protection: effective in humid or dusty environments.
- Low deposit formation: extends the service life of chains and rollers.

Applications: spur gears, bevel gears and worm gears, lifting chains, bearings, joints, etc.
FOOD CHAIN OIL
Synthetic oil for the food and pharmaceutical industries
- NSF H1 certified: compatible with accidental contact with foodstuffs.
- Excellent resistance to water and steam, ideal for environments requiring frequent washing.
- High thermal and chemical stability: does not degrade when heated, leaves no sticky residue.
- Good adhesion: limits splashing and maintains a durable lubricating film on the chain.
Available only in single-point lubricator format (READY, SMART, DRIVE)
Applications: conveyors, bottling machines, dairy equipment, industrial pastry making, dough production.
Lubrication systems: manual and automatic lubrication
Lubrication systems are used to inject grease or oil into lubrication points (bearings, bearings, gears, linear bearings, etc.) with precision. They are easily adaptable to many sectors: mechanical engineering, automotive, steelworks, paper mills, etc. They are simple to install and require no special modifications. SNR offers two lubrication solutions to suit your needs:
- Manual lubrication: grease gun: allows precise, high-pressure dosing (up to ~360 bar). It is easy to use by hand, even in hard-to-reach areas.
- Automatic lubrication: single-point (enables continuous, clean and precise lubrication at a single point) and multi-point (enables lubrication of several points at the same time)

READY BOOSTER (single-point)
60 or 125cc format
- Economical, robust and ideal for harsh environments (humid, explosive, corrosive or requiring strict hygiene).
- Grease distribution duration: from 1 to 12 months via a selector.
SMART BOOSTER (single-point)
125 cc format
- Designed for environments with significant temperature variations. It adjusts the flow rate according to the ambient temperature.
- Grease distribution duration from 1 to 12 months.
- The control head can be reused several times; only the grease cartridge needs to be replaced.
DRIVE BOOSTER (single-point)
60,120,250 ou 500cc format
- Suitable for hazardous areas, areas that are difficult to access or subject to extreme temperatures and vibrations.
- Can be installed away from the lubrication point.
- Easy to programme (1 to 24 months, adjustable and can be stopped at any time).
- Ideal for reducing accidents in hazardous areas.
POLIPUMP (multi-point)
- Centralised, economical and efficient solution.
- Allows you to easily lubricate 1 to 35 points at the same time, up to a distance of 20 metres.
