Our social commitments
A people-focused and responsible company
A global vision for a lasting impact
By combining social progress and corporate social responsibility, we are building a more inclusive and committed company, in line with our purpose: "We make the world Nameraka", a fluid, harmonious and sustainable world.
Sustainable performance starts with people
At NTN Europe, we firmly believe that sustainable performance is based on respect for and development of individuals. That is why we take action both internally, to offer our employees a fulfilling, safe and inclusive environment, and externally, to promote equality, respect for human rights and responsible practices throughout our value chain.
Health, safety and well-being at work
Creating a safe and healthy environment is a core value at NTN Europe. We carry out initiatives
at all levels to ensure the well-being of our employees.
Our key objective is for every employee to go home healthy every day.
Safety culture
We have strengthened our prevention programmes with regular training, audits and innovative tools to identify risks upstream and continuously reduce the number of workplace accidents.
Health support
Disease and occupational risk prevention programmes, ergonomics specialists and health consultations are in place to support our employees.
Quality of life at work
We encourage a work-life balance through flexible working hours, teleworking and family support schemes.
We promote autonomy in a respectful, balanced and stimulating environment. Our hands-on management style is based on listening, trust and collective commitment in order to create conditions conducive to the fulfilment of each individual.
We also want to offer our employees a pleasant working environment. Our future head office in Annecy, currently under construction, has been designed to offer modern collaborative spaces and relaxation areas.

NTN Europe's new headquarters: a high-performance building that reflects new ways of working.
With enhanced insulation, optimised energy management and the use of renewable energies, our new headquarters in Annecy illustrates NTN Europe's commitment to sustainability.
Diversity and inclusion
We value diversity as a driver of innovation and performance, with concrete initiatives that reinforce
equality and inclusion in all our activities.
Professional equality
In 2024, our gender equality index reached 87%.
This achievement is based on transparent remuneration management, fair promotions and enhanced support for women's careers in our technical fields.
Inclusion of people with disabilities
The employment rate of disabled workers has risen to 8.5% thanks to inclusive recruitment and personalised support on site. In addition, we are implementing information campaigns and training initiatives on the subject of disability for all our employees.
Talent development
Skills development is a pillar of our strategy. We ensure that everyone can progress in their
career and contribute fully to our collective performance.
Training
Through individualised career plans and internal mobility, we give every employee the opportunity to build their own career path. Training plays a central role in the development of our employees, enabling them to develop new skills, take on new challenges or move towards new responsibilities.
LEARN internal school
In 2024, 31 employees took part in training courses to acquire new technical skills and access retraining in the industry.
Work-study programmes and apprenticeships
More than 90 young people joined NTN Europe this year, benefiting from close supervision and enriching projects. Our mentors are trained to better support these talented individuals as they progress.
Social and local commitment
Our impact extends beyond the boundaries of the company, with strong commitments to our partners,
suppliers and local communities.
Local partnerships
We work with schools and associations to promote access to education and employment. In 2023, we supported several local initiatives in Annecy, particularly as part of our partnership with the Greater Annecy Climate Pact.
Responsible practices
87.5% of our purchasing turnover is now covered by our sustainable purchasing charter, guaranteeing ethical and transparent relationships with our suppliers.
Respect for human rights
As a signatory to the UK Slavery Act, we ensure ethical conduct and compliance with social standards in all our collaborations.
Community projects
Our employees are encouraged to get involved in voluntary work, such as supporting integration programmes or participating in environmental initiatives.
NTN is a leader in the
"Les entreprises s'engagent en Haute Savoie" (Companies Committed to Haute Savoie) club.
A community of companies working towards an inclusive society and a sustainable world inclusive et un monde durable
NTN Europe is positioned as a key player in positive transformation.
We believe in a company where people are at the heart of every decision, where everyone can flourish and contribute
to collective success, to build a harmonious, sustainable future that is true to our purpose.
